The hotel exceeded all expectations. Overall it was neat and updated, with a private bathroom. the staff were SUPER-FRIENDLY and courteous. the location was magnificent in a quiet neighborhood.

extremely convenient hotel in a very nice area next to railway, shops and restaurants and major tourist sights such as the gilco running man, dontonbori shopping strips and close to the luxury stores such as dior, fendi. the extremely helpful and very amiable staff with great attitude to guests. good and excellent food, excellent service.

Stayed for 4 days and didn't want to say goodbye, I will choose it for sure next trip. Extremely helpful staff and the best location close to Metro stop, everything was perfectly fine. The family room was brand-new and had a big bathroom. The bed was comfortable and there was free Wi-Fi. The service was excellent and the food was local. Moreover, parking was on-site.

The bathroom and room were very clean and equipped.
Room too small. As you enter the room, the corridor is really narrow and you hit the walls and hanger closets (didn't like that too). Also the airconditioning instruction was in Japanese, so could not control the air, hence room was too cold or too hot.

The hotel has lovely and friendly staff. Its central location is near the train station, 7-Eleven, the main shopping area, and the subway. it is only 2 km away from St Paul's Church.
